I tried your scone recipe with dried cranberries and orange zest, and they came out great! I am planning to make a large batch of scones for a function, and I was wondering if there were any considerations/adjustments to the recipe that you are aware of that I need to tweak. I am planning to make a 5x batch. Thanks!
