Hi Susan, basically, you're just going to roll out the initial rolled up log (with filling) a bit longer (12-14 inches instead of 8"), and then slice the log into 12 pieces, as you would when making cinnamon rolls. These rolls don't require slicing the log in half lengthwise and then twisting the two pieces together, so it's actually a bit easier to accomplish! We have done a lot of creative takes on cinnamon rolls this year, because of our 2021 Recipe of The Year, so if you want to get adventuresome with this project, here are some other options for shaping.
