Was there meant to be a longer second rise? The original recipe (The King Arthur recipe linked) calls for an hour and a half at least for the second rise but this shaping description calls for just 20 minutes. Like some others commented, it needed much longer to cook than the original recipe and I'm wondering if that's partly because it didn't rise enough... Thanks!
