New to baking machine bread. Accidentally, I pulled my raisin bread out of my bread machine after the second signal and didn’t know what to do next. Preheated the oven to 350F and put the bread in for the first 30 minutes while searching online. Found your very informative website with the various temperatures for different types of breads with the outstanding comparison photos. Found my new unused digital oven thermometer which register 185F and was able to salvage my mistake! Thank you!
