Thank you so much for all the tips and techniques for bread baking. I've just finished my third batch of bread (6 loaves total) and all the info is making much more sense to me now. I was not enthused with the tap method of checking if the bread was done. Having a temp to go by will help a lot.
Being home all the time is getting very old and this is my new chosen hobby. I live alone but have no problem finding others to share in my bounty. Giving away homemade bread is a happy experience in these trying times.
