We don't have a chart with desired temperatures of every kind of baked good, but it's something on our wish list! Though, temping a pancake sounds really difficult, since they're so thin, you would most likely be reading the temperature of the griddle underneath more than the actual interior of the pancake (or waffle) itself. Do we don't have specific temps for those other items quite yet.
