Using your bread flour, I've a 2-plait St. Joseph's loaf in the oven, which I usually bake in the round, without issue. Came looking for internal temps, as my new toy is my electronic thermometer. So, am asking for future 2-3 plaited breads, what internal temps should I be looks for (in Fahrenheit)? Thanks so very much for your assistance. (I've been baking since "forever," but am venturing into plaiting, thanks to The Great British Bake Off.)
