Hi there! We'd suggest checking the internal temperature of your loaf after the shortest recommended baking time or if you're worried, about 5 minutes before that time. So for your recipe, you'll want to take the internal temperature of the bread after it has baked for about 15 to 20 minutes without the lid on. We hope this helps and happy baking! Morgan@KAF
