We're glad to hear you're eager to start bread baking, Rajesh! If you're planning on using the thermometer for grilling/smoking meats as well as baking bread, then the Smoke model looks like it would be perfect for you. If you're just going to use it for baking breads, then we'd recommend grabbing one of the Thermapens instead. Based on the specs Thermaworks shows on their website, the Thermapen reads temperatures faster and is slightly more accurate. Of course, it doesn't have the benefit of getting to leave the probe in your oven and walking away, but rather it's an instant-read thermometer to quickly use and remove. Either model will do their job, it just depends on what you plan on using your thermometer for other than for bread baking. You're in for delicious crusty loaves either way! Annabelle@KAF
