I do both. This info is very helpful. Do you put the temps in your recipes? I haven't noticed if you do. I've gotten so used to using a thermometer, I'm sticking everything now! Mostly, 190 is just right, but I go to 205 for some. I also go by color and smell. Yes, smell. Plus, I keep a thermometer in my oven so I know where I'm at with that. Thanks for posting this info!!!
