I was very excited to try this recipe but in my case, unfortunately, I had an epic fail. After I followed all the instructions meticulously the dough, which I set in a bowl in a 75 degree room, absolutely refused to rise. Any thoughts on why that may have been? (It did seem odd to me not to get the yeast going by soaking it in warm liquid first.) The yeast should have been good.
