Gluten-free bakers, BEWARE! When I saw the flour on the rug, I was reminded of the time I spilled xanthan gum on the counter. I probably should have used a dry brush to clean most of it. But not thinking, I put a wet sponge to the task. I bet I used a couple gallons of gallons of water to clean up that sticky mess!
