A friend just recently reminded me of a dinner party I had about 20 years ago where I mixed up the sugar and baking powder amounts for one horrible biscuit. Glad to know I'm not the only knuckle head some times when it comes to cooking. Especially baking. Less forgiving than your average recipes. Thanks for the wonderful article on Boo-boos.
