I have a question for the bread you said the recipe calls for 3 1/2 cups of AP flour, so I add 1 cup + 2 1/2 tablespoons almond flour, in addition to the AP." If the recipe calls for 3 1/2 cup of Ap flour and you're doing the 25% substitution. shouldn't it be 1/4 cup of Almond flour and the remaining 2 1/2 cup AP flour. Please correct me if I'm wrong. we're supposed to be replacing a cup of AP flour for a 1/3 cup Almond
