Hi Sharla! We do not recommend replacing all of the wheat based flour in a recipe with almond flour. You certainly can incorporate some into a recipe...but it will not be a 100% swap. For yeasted breads, you can add up to 1/3 cup almond flour per cup of wheat flour being used. For non-yeasted treats, you can replace up to 25% of the total wheat flour in a recipe with almond flour. If you are looking to make something with 100% almond flour, we would suggest searching out recipes that have already been formulated for that, such as our Almond Flour Brownies, Almond Flour Chocolate Chip Cookies or our Almond Flour Crackers.
