Hi Alice! You can bake any pumpkin pie without a crust, we love our Pumpkin Pie recipe especially when the filling has rested in the fridge overnight, this really brings out the flavors in the pie! You can add up to 1/3 cup of almond flour per cup of wheat flour to any bread recipe you like, a personal favorite of mine is our Back-of-the-Bag Oatmeal Bread
