Hi Alice! For yeasted recipes, you can add up to 1/3 cup almond flour per cup of wheat flour. This is in addition to the flour already called for in your recipe, rather than in place of. In a recipe that doesn't call for yeast (it uses baking powder and/or baking soda), you can replace up to 25% of the flour with almond flour. We hope this helps to clarify!
