Hi there, Candace! Any pumpkin pie recipe can be baked without a crust. You can do this in a pie plate or in ramekins for individual servings. Check out our Pumpkin Pie recipe, if baked in a pie pan the baking time will be the same, if you were to use ramikins the baking time will depend on the size of the cups but we'd recommend checking on them after about 20 mintues in the oven.
