We can appreciate the challenges of baking for such a restricted diet, Sandra, and we'd like to help where we can. We, unfortunately, don't have any grain-free bread recipes, but we do have a couple of options for pizza. They have more of a crisp, flatbread or cracker-like texture since there's no chew from gluten. The first is Almond Flour Pizza Crust and the second is a new recipe using our new Paleo Flour Blend, Paleo Pizza Crust. The paleo flour is a mixture of almond flour, coconut flour, and cassava flour. We hope this helps. Annabelle@KAF
