My son is allergic to all grains, all legumes, and all yeasts (verified through medical testing.) He would love to have things like pizza, bread, etc., but we need to have something that is totally grain, legume and yeast free--and that will hold together once it is baked. We have been successful with chocolate almond cookies and almond flour brownies, but not with pizza, bread, etc. Any ideas? He is 40 years old and living in a group home due to severe disabilities, and the staff would love to make something that the whole group as well as our son can eat.
