Tracie, almond flour isn't quite as versatile as a gluten-free baking flour, as it's typically used as an addition to wheat-based recipes, rather than a substitute. If you're only able to purchase one at a time, we'd suggest trying out some of our recipes that call exclusively for almond flour, like our Almond Flour Brownies, Amaretti, and Chocolate Almond Flour Torte. Once you've worked through the bag, try out our Gluten-Free Measure for Measure Flour, which can be used as a replacement for all-purpose flour in non-yeasted wheat-based recipes like our Classic Birthday Cake, Scones, or Banana Bread.
