Hi Keith, almonds have a lot of oil so it can burn more quickly than regular flour. Try lowering the oven temperature by at least 25°F, and keep an eye on things through the oven door. When things are golden brown, cover them with foil so they can continue baking a bit more. Annabelle@KAF
