Mary, that's a good question! Since you're not ever going to be substituting 100% of your wheat flour for almond flour, it's not necessary to be super-exact, so either volume or weight works fine. If you want to be precise and measure by weight, though, one cup of almond flour is 96 grams. Feel free to adjust accordingly! Kat@KAF
