How timey! I bought a bag of almond flour just this past weekend to try in our favorite Date Square recipe...Of course, in the normal recipe flour is added to the rolled oats and butter for the bottom and top "crusts". It serves more of a "binder" than anything else...I am wondering if I can substitute the almond flour1:1 for the regular stuff?
