Hi Donna. While we wouldn't recommend using almond flour for more than 1/3 of the flour, you're welcome to experiment using it for more or all of the flour. The cake likely won't hold together, but you'll still get that chocolate fix. If you want to bake using only almond flour, you'll get the best results from recipes that are designed to be that way, such as our Almond Flour Brownies. Annabelle@KAF
