I want to try your wonderful original cake pan cake.. using Almond flour. In addition to substituting Erythritol for the sugar, It sounds like I would be able to substitute only1/3 cup of the regular 1 1/2 cups of regular flour?? I was hoping to make this Ketogenic. Any ideas??
