I want to do a pound cake, how can I substitute all purpose flour with - almond flour and coconut flour. Is for a keto guests. I need to substitute then (25% of coconut flour instead of the all purpose flour?) and add 1 egg or leave it out because of the coconut flour? Thank you! For all your suggestions.
