Anna, have you tried using vegetables in place of noodles as a lower-carbohydrate alternative? Spiralized zucchini in place of spaghetti (and of course the classic spaghetti squash) are both options there. Thinly-sliced eggplant can also work in place of lasagna noodles, and they don't even need to be boiled in advance. When it comes to pizza crust, we do enjoy this recipe quite a bit: Almond Flour Pizza Crust. These crackers also make a great snack: Carb-Smart Cheese Crackers. These crackers do as well!
