That should help, Susan! Though for best results we'd recommend swapping out the flour for our Gluten-Free Measure for Measure Flour since that's a 1:1 substitute. Then you won't have to mess with xanthan gum and shouldn't have to make any substitutions. You can still use the almond flour for 1/4 cup! Annabelle@KAF
