While we don't have an almond pound cake recipe currently developed, we do have a Gluten-Free Almond Bundt Cake recipe that has a pleasantly dense texture that might fit the bill. You could also try using our Classic Pound Cake recipe and replacing 25% of the flour with almond flour. You might also want to opt for 1/2 teaspoon of almond extract and 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla if you're trying to evoke an almond flavor profile. Both options will lead you to delicious results! Kye@KAF
