Hi Marilyn, if you want to add almond flour to your pie crust, you'd want to follow the guidelines provided for non-yeast dough: replace 25% of the flour with almond flour. However, we also have a recipe for a Toasted Almond Flour Pie Crust that you might want to try. You can either toast your flour in a skillet or in the oven (at 300°F for about 5 to 10 minutes until fragrant and golden brown) or you use untoasted almond flour too. We think this will elevate your pie to new levels! Kye@KAF
