Hi Carol, we don't recommend replacing the regular flour in a recipe with almond flour if you're looking to bake gluten-free. You can usually replace up to 25% of the flour in a recipe with almond flour; beyond that, you'll be experimenting. The flour you're looking for is our Gluten-Free Measure for Measure Flour. You can use it to replace the regular flour in a recipe 1:1, as long as it doesn't contain yeast. Read this post about which gluten-free flour to use for more details.
