Hi Jo, we've found that you can replace about 25% of the regular flour in a muffin recipe with almond flour and still have good results. Try using 1/2 cup of almond flour and 1 1/2 cups of cake flour to make your blueberry muffins. We think they'll be delicious! Kye@KAF
