Great idea, Michele! No need to alter the butter. We've found you can use almond flour for up to 25% of the flour in a biscotti, such as our American-Style Vanilla Biscotti. You would use 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour, and 1/2 cup almond flour. Happy baking! Annabelle@KAF
