Hi Trish. Most recipes using only almond flour do call for a fair amount of eggs, yes. Mainly because the almond flour gives zero structure so it needs the protein from the eggs to give your baked goods some strength. For example, our Strawberry Almond Flour Cake calls for four eggs. Annabelle@KAF
