Hi T! We haven't tried using other nut flours, but we encourage you to experiment because it sounds like you could make some very tasty things. It might take trial and error replacing almond flour with other nut flours because different nuts absorb varying amounts of moisture. It would help if you were to make the recipe once as written so you know what to look for, then experiment with different nut flours. Happy baking! Annabelle@KAF
