Baking recipes with 100% almond flour can be tricky because it's naturally gluten-free, meaning it doesn't have the proteins that give support to dough or batter. That being said, we do have a few recipes that only use almond flour that you might want to consider. Check out this selection of recipes that includes crackers, brownies, pizza crust, cookies, and even pancakes.
