I'm confused. The end of the blog says you are unimpressed with artificial sweeteners. What about an update please on the sugar substitute developed by King Arthur. I've found the instructions to use it 1:1 makes the recipe too sweet; and, that it must be cooked. I made a cream cheese icing with it and all I got was grit.
