Thank you for this post. I actually always reduce the sugar when I cook for my family. If I’m serving baked goods to others, i don’t. Now I understand why some of my brownies and cupcakes 🧁 are crunchy and smaller. I still like the taste and my family still eats it, I just normally take 25% off from the required sugar.
