Lisa February 12, 2021 at 5:47pm This may be a silly question, but I reduced the sugar of my chocolate chip recipe by about a 1/2 cup. I baked about 8 test cookies, I did not like the result. (not enough spread, dryer) Can I add that sugar back into the dough, or is it too late? Reply
