Hi, this is such a great detailed post on sugar reduction with cookies I've ever came across. This is so helpful. Thank you so much. Just wondering, if recipe have both brown sugar and white sugar like cookie bar recipes, how do I work that out? Do i keep the brown sugar in full and lower the white sugar? Or reduce 12.5% of each sugar? Tq
