How would replacing some of butter for the new olive oil for baking work out ? I see less sugar recipes with coconut oil but i remember a ccc recipe that had oil and butter and they were kinda flat and flavorful We could all to cut back on sugar a bit. I love to bake but cant figure this out Also hows about if we used molasses? Any ideas? Thanks for taking all the time to do that experiment. Very interesting
