The recipe I was talking about is the Nestle Toll House Chocolate Chip recipe. It uses: 2.25 cups flour; 0.75 sups granulated sugar; 0.75 cups brown sugar. My understanding is that the flour (270g) and total sugar is 312g, or 116% - right? So what is 50% baker's percentage - 135g total sugar?
