For the Oatmeal cookies, I can't figure out how you came up with 87% sugar for the original recipe. The recipe calls for 121-156 grams of sugar and 85 grams of flour, which is well over 87% sugar. Can you provide the specific measurements for the original recipe and the other PASS recipe?
