Thanks so much for your ideas, Sherry! We don't specifically develop recipes to be low-carb at this time; however, we do include nutrition information for many (though not all) of the recipes on our website via an orange link in the "At a Glance" box found with beside the ingredients. We encourage you to bring this information to your doctor or nutritionist for guidance regarding which of our recipes may be a good choice for your diet. Happy baking! Annabelle@KAF
