We love using Whole Wheat Pastry Flour in our baking, especially in sweet treats like cookies, brownies, and bars. Most recipes can handle a 50% substitution of Whole Wheat Pastry Flour for the regular flour. Some recipes can handle even more whole wheat flour, but we recommend approaching these on a case-by-case basis.
