Hi Sharon, the best way to figure this out is to look at the ingredients of the two chocolate and compare the amount of sugar that's listed in each, as it can vary drastically by brand (even with the given percentages). The 54% chocolate chips will likely be sweeter than the ones you were previously using, so consider reducing the sugar in the brownie batter by 10% to start in a test batch and adjust to taste.
