We're making a chocolate-cherry pie with whipped cream on top, and using dark chocolate symbols instead. Melt the chocolate and pipe onto parchment paper, then peel off carefully and place onto the pie. To help keep your numbers even, put the paper or plastic wrap over a printed out template.
