Since purchasing the King Arthur loaf pans, I’m having trouble not overcooking by banana nut bread. I’m using the recipe I’ve used for decades with no problem until I started using the King Arthur pans (which I love otherwise). I use the toothpick method and remove from the oven when it comes out clean. Any tips? I’ve overcooked on 3-4 separate occasions with the only difference being the KA pans.
