Hello, I am trying to make a Jewish Apple Cake, in which I want to have a harder crust, as I think a soft crust on the outside absolutely ruins a Jewish Apple Cake, personally. I have not been having success using a lighter pan and I think getting a darker pan is my answer. Any other tips or suggestions? Thanks!
